Job Summary We're looking for a reliable and tech-savvy Data Entry Specialist to work remotely as a full-time contractor (1099). As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for entering and updating candidate information in Salesforce/TargetRecruit, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security. If you have experience in data entry, CRM systems, and healthcare specialties, you'll be a great fit for this role. Key Responsibilities • Enter and update candidate information in Salesforce/TargetRecruit, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and ease of access • Pull data from various active sources and verify it, with a focus on NPI numbers and other critical information • Maintain data quality by following formatting and labeling rules, and flagging any discrepancies or inconsistencies • Collaborate with our internal team to clarify any unclear data or issues • Meet regular deadlines for assigned tasks and maintain a high level of productivity • Stay up-to-date with system updates, changes, and best practices to ensure seamless data entry and management What We're Looking For • Experience in data entry, administrative work, or CRM systems, preferably with Salesforce (TargetRecruit experience is a significant plus) • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks • Solid typing skills and general computer confidence, with reliable internet access and a personal computer • Experience working with healthcare providers or understanding medical specialties is highly desirable, particularly in identifying general specialties and sub-specialties (e.g., Pediatrics vs Pediatric Neurology) • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a positive attitude Essential Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business, or computer science) is a plus • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative work, or CRM systems, preferably with Salesforce • Strong understanding of data entry principles, including accuracy, completeness, and formatting • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with our internal team • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with healthcare providers or understanding medical specialties • Familiarity with Salesforce/TargetRecruit and other CRM systems • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies • Experience with data quality control and validation processes • Certification in data entry, administrative work, or a related field (e.g., Certified Administrative Assistant or Certified Data Entry Specialist) Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
