iOS Developer Needed for Home Network Control Feasibility Study
We’re seeking an experienced iOS engineer to conduct a short, focused feasibility spike for a parental internet control concept. The goal of this project is not to build a full app, but to determine whether a small set of device- and network-level controls can work reliably in a real home environment. Specifically, this spike will explore: whether individual devices can be blocked or allowed at the home network level whether one shared device (e.g., a TV/streamer) can remain online while others are blocked whether an iPad can reliably enforce time limits and lock/unlock automatically when time is added This project is intentionally narrow. Success is clarity (yes / no / yes-with-constraints), not polish. We value practical thinking, clear communication, and honest assessment. If the conclusion is that something won’t work reliably, that’s a successful outcome. If you have strong iOS experience and comfort working with networking or system-level constraints, we’d love to hear from you. Apply tot his job
