Serve as a primary point of contact for members, assisting with inquiries, concerns, and providing support as needed. Advocate for the needs of members, ensuring they receive the appropriate level of care and resources to improve their health and well-being. Maintain a thorough understanding of Aetna's products, services, and policies to accurately and effectively assist members. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve member issues and concerns. Utilize strong communication skills to clearly and effectively convey information to members and colleagues. Maintain accurate and detailed records of member interactions and resolutions to ensure quality service. Continuously strive to improve the member experience by identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback to leadership. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the highest level of service is provided to members.
