Inside Sales Development Representative

The Inside Sales Development Representative will focus on generating new business opportunities and educating the Municipal & Environmental Water sector on Luminultra's solutions, while managing a personal book of accounts to drive sales growth. Responsibilities Consistently meet or exceed sales quota through targeted growth and effective account engagement strategies Accelerate new customer acquisition by owning inbound leads, creating/qualifying sales opportunities, and managing a personal book of accounts with tailored outreach strategies Drive revenue growth by taking full responsibility for the sales process — identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, handling objections, and closing both new and expansion business Execute high-volume, multi-channel prospecting (calls, emails, social outreach) to generate interest and build pipeline, while meeting or exceeding daily activity expectations Develop best practices for lead generation, lead nurturing and opportunity creation, focusing on improving velocity from lead creation to close Create and execute direct account engagement strategies, including creating playbooks with sequences to support outbound, upsell/cross-sell, nurturing, and re-engaging closed-lost opportunities Advocate for the voice of our customers, sharing customer insight to Product Management, Marketing and Sales on what innovations and continuous improvements are needed to improve the customer experience Skills 1+ year of relevant sales experience Previous experience in industrial environments Proven experience cold-calling Superb writing, communication, and listening skills with the ability to empathize with the customer Results-driven and self-motivated; you have a proven ability to make strong connections and overcome rejection to achieve results A team player who prioritizes ‘we' rather than ‘me' Educational background in business, science, or engineering is considered an asset Benefits Generous paid time off policies, such as 5 paid flex/sick days, 2 volunteer days, and 3-weeks paid vacation and 11 paid holidays Group RRSP plan with 3% company matching contributions Firm sponsored social events Opportunities for performance bonus pay based on target achievement Eligibility for health, dental, vision, life, critical illness, AD&D, and LTD benefits (family and single coverage) along with mental health resources and an Employee Assistance Program.
