INFORMATION SECURITY ANALYST
The State of Arizona Enterprise Technology (ASET) is seeking an Information Security Analyst to be part of an innovative team focused on enhancing transportation safety. This role involves performing fault isolation, monitoring logs, managing user accounts, and coordinating resolution of trouble calls. Responsibilities Performs fault isolation by validating, isolating, and correcting faults, and verifying service restoral with customers Processes, documents, and coordinates resolution of trouble calls with help desk Monitors logs and manages user accounts Skills Knowledge of information security technologies in the areas of risk assessment, compliance, and vulnerability management Knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft applications Strong customer service skills Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills Ability to balance, prioritize and organize multiple tasks Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across organizations Ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly Ability to develop and write technical documentation Ability to evaluate and test emerging technologies Ability to apply creative solutions to business problems to ensure business needs are most effectively met Current, valid class-appropriate driver's license Successful completion of the Electronic Employment Eligibility Verification Program (E-Verify) Associate's degree plus 1 – 3 years of experience in information security analysis (or equivalent experience) Benefits Sick leave Vacation with 10 paid holidays per year Paid Parental Leave-Up to 12 weeks per year paid leave for newborn or newly-placed foster/adopted child (pilot program).
