We're seeking an experienced Remote Customer Service Fraud Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in responding to account inquiries, identifying fraudulent credit card activity, and providing exceptional customer service to our merchants and cardholders. Key Responsibilities: Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing standard/scripted responses to Service Level Agreement (SLA) defined alerts generated within the fraud detection queues. Assist with the completion of the lost/stolen report, including block and transfer of compromised accounts to prevent further losses and fraudulent activity. Build the credit card replacement orders and complete shipping materials. Begins to build knowledge and basic skills required to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training, research of department policies, procedures, external regulations, and analytic techniques, and the expertise of more experienced fraud analysts. What We're Looking For in This Role We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have a strong background in customer service, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you! Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent A minimum of at least six months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months. The pay for this role is $15.00 per hour. This is an entry-level role, and the pay is non-negotiable. Once you apply, you will complete an on-demand digital interview. You must be flexible and open to a work schedule that includes mid-shift to late shifts and working weekends as part of your weekly schedule. This role requires you to be on camera at all times. This role is not bonus eligible. This is a US-based role only. Preferred Qualifications: 12 months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months. Banking customer service experience. Job Complexity: Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision outside of stated processes, but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice. Has little or no role in the decision-making. Supervision: Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requires instructions on all assignments.
