Job Summary We're hiring 20 remote customer service representatives to join our team, and we're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a remote customer service representative, you'll be responsible for handling high-volume calls from members and providers, providing accurate and timely information, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
