Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences across multiple channels, including telephone, chat, email, and social media. If you're passionate about building relationships, resolving issues, and providing premium service, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Provide premium service and build relationships with customers through effective telephone, chat, email, and social media correspondence. Discuss logistics of packages, returns, and refunds, product questions, and warranty questions with customers. Assist customers with product information, website navigation, and general questions. Utilize basic Microsoft Office programs, such as Outlook and Word, to navigate computer systems while on the phone with customers. Work collaboratively with the team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience, where you've helped answer customer questions and resolve issues. Written and Verbal Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively via inbound calls, email, and chat. Microsoft Office: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word. Preferred Qualifications We're looking for candidates with: Experience in a Call Center Environment: Previous experience working in a call center environment, with a focus on customer service and issue resolution. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with product information, including features, benefits, and warranty details. Technical Skills: Basic technical skills, including proficiency in computer systems and software applications.
