Each scoring season, we build a team of skilled HR professionals who help drive the success of our large-scale recruiting initiative, hiring thousands of new and returning employees as Test Scorers. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to provide vital support to this dynamic hiring team. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations across recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and document management. Location: Remote – from your US-based home in the Eastern or Central time zone, in a dedicated, distraction-free workspace Job Duration: January 2026 – June 2026 Work Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm, with some work on Fridays as necessary Assessment Required: Yes; a writing assessment is administered during the application process, to evaluate your writing skills and English proficiency Key Responsibilities • Extend offers of employment, support new employee onboarding and other high-volume hiring tasks • Respond to questions from applicants and employees • Maintain HR records, perform data entry, and ensure HR processes and procedures are followed and completed in a timely manner • Use HR Information System (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and other online tools Essential Requirements • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Work Experience: minimum of 2 years' administrative experience, with work in a Human Resources role utilizing HRIS and/or ATS preferred • Self-motivated: ability to work independently with a moderate level of supervision in a remote work environment • Excellent customer service: strong interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring professional engagement with all individuals • Strong computer skills: practical hands-on experience working with HR platforms and systems, high proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with the competence to navigate multiple systems and screens efficiently • Adaptability: demonstrated skills to shift priorities, maintain keen attention to detail, and apply critical thinking to solve problems, in a fast-paced work environment, while working across time zones, cultures, and remote communication styles • Positivity: display a can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn and get things done promptly and accurately Join a company where your contributions help shape the future—because at DRC, it’s more than a score.
