HR Data Analyst II
Description: • Integrate data from diverse HR systems and external sources to build semantic models that enhance data consistency and enable advanced analytics • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using tools like Power BI or equivalent. • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the employee lifecycle. • Partner with HR and executive leadership to define key metrics and KPIs aligned with strategic goals. • Conduct predictive modeling and statistical analysis to forecast workforce needs and outcomes. • Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for executive audiences. • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations. • Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to optimize data architecture and reporting capabilities. • Lead or contribute to analytics projects and provide other ad hoc reporting as needed Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Statistics, Business, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in HR analytics, business intelligence, or data science. • Strong proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools, preferably Power BI • Advanced Excel skills and experience with SQL or Python/R for data analysis. • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. • Experience working with HR systems and data (e.g., UKG Pro, iCIMS, TalentGuard, Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne).
