Job Summary As an HR Assistant at Installio, you will play a vital role in supporting our experienced founding team to hire and onboard heat pump installers throughout the UK. This is a part-time role, working 2 days per week, and offers a unique opportunity to quickly move up into more senior roles within the organization. Key Responsibilities Recruitment and Hiring: Advertise new positions via online platforms, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and prepare employment contracts. Onboarding and Induction: Onboard new hires, ensuring they have all the necessary policies and documentation to excel in their roles. HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR function, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Communication and Engagement: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with candidates, employees, and stakeholders. Project Support: Assist with various HR-related projects, including data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. Essential Qualifications and Skills HR Experience: You have obtained your first experience in an HR role, with a basic understanding of HR principles and practices. Language Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Climate Action: A passion for positive climate action and a desire to contribute to a sustainable future.
