Your responsibilities will include: Interacting with customers to address their inquiries, guide them through product features, and assist with issues such as returns and re-ordering. Ensuring customers receive timely and accurate assistance, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction with our brand. Utilizing live chat and email support channels to provide multi-channel support, catering to the diverse needs of our customer base. Position Details and Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: A device with internet capabilities to access chat and social media functionalities. The ability to work independently with a strong commitment to following instructions and procedures. Availability for at least 5 hours per week, with the flexibility to extend up to 40 hours based on your availability. A stable internet connection to ensure uninterrupted support.
