Home Valuation Analyst
Job Description: • Conduct property risk analyses by evaluating market conditions, potential marketability detractors, comparable sales and active listing inventory, and alignment between Knock’s Automated Valuation Model (AVM) and Agent List Prices. • Determine whether properties meet Knock Program eligibility based on underwriting and marketability guidelines. • Provide an approved market value and Knock Purchase Offer price for eligible properties. • Communicate approval decisions clearly and promptly to internal teams. • Ensure SLAs are consistently met for deal approval and Knock Purchase Offer requests. • Ensure data accuracy to support approval decisions across Knock systems. • Investigate pricing variances and troubleshoot the underlying drivers. • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, lending, and risk teams. • Escalate exceptions to the designated review team. • Provide pricing-related feedback and product support to relevant internal teams.
