Qualifications • High school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. • Strong understanding of federal contracting processes and workforce requirements. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and candidate sourcing tools. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. • Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications against proposal needs.
