1. Candidate Submission Standards To qualify for payment under the Per Qualified Candidate model: - Each candidate must be pre-screened, vetted, and formally submitted for consideration to the client. - Submissions must be complete and aligned with the job requirements (technical fit, location, language, and industry background). - The compensation for each qualified and submitted candidate is $30 USD. 2. Interview Request Rate Threshold To ensure quality and alignment with client expectations, recruiters are expected to maintain a minimum interview request rate of 70% across their submissions. This means: At least 70% of candidates submitted must result in an interview request from the client. If the interview request rate falls below 70%, ONEPOWER reserves the right to: - Reduce the Per Qualified Candidate fee, or - Reassess the engagement terms for future assignments. • *Tiered Rate Adjustment (Based on Interview Request Rate) Interview Request RateAdjusted Rate per Submission Rationale Higher than 70%: $30 Full payment for meeting expectations 50–69%: $20 Partial quality penalty but still functional sourcing Less than 50%: $15 Low alignment; possible mismatch or underqualification 3. Success-Based Placement Bonus If a candidate submitted by the recruiter is successfully placed, a separate success-based fee of $200 USD per placement will be paid, in addition to any previously earned per-candidate payments.
