Role Description NetImpact Strategies is seeking a Quality Assurance / Test Automation Analyst to join our growing Federal IT delivery team. This position is ideal for a versatile professional who can work directly with clients to capture business requirements, document process improvements, and perform hands-on testing and validation. The candidate should also be comfortable leveraging AI-assisted documentation and testing tools to streamline workflows and improve quality. • Engage directly with Federal stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements • Perform functional and regression testing, validating system changes against documented requirements • Develop and maintain test cases, scripts, and plans; track and report defects through the full lifecycle • Utilize AI document generation tools to create requirement documentation, user guides, and QA test artifacts efficiently and consistently • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate translation of business needs into technical solutions • Utilize automated testing approaches as well as AI/ML • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback from end users and stakeholders • Ensure all work products comply with Federal documentation and security standards Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Systems, or related technical discipline • 4–6 years of experience as a Developer or QA Specialist in Federal IT projects • Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements • Proficiency in test case development, manual QA testing, and defect tracking • Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, or similar) • Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills with attention to detail • Experience using or willingness to adopt AI/LLM-based documentation and QA tools • US Citizenship required; must be eligible for a Public Trust clearance Requirements • Experience supporting Federal IT modernization, digital transformation, or ServiceNow/ERP/CRM platforms • Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps environments • Previous Federal consulting experience Benefits • Your health comes first – we offer comprehensive medical, dental, & vision insurance that starts the first of the month after you join the team • Invest in your future – 401(k) Plan – Immediately vested employer contributions; no matching required • Work hard, play hard – we offer a generous Paid Time Off (PTO) policy, one (1) additional day of paid wellness leave per calendar year, and observe ten (10) federal holidays • Pawsitively pawesome – Pet Insurance (because our little critters are part of our families, too!) • Invest in your education – Tuition reimbursement, internal training programs, & company-sponsored industry certifications! • Be part of a dynamic and collaborative work environment recently ranked by The Washington Post as a Top Work Place in 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023, & 2024! • Have fun and celebrate and give back – Team building activities, community volunteering, quarterly HQ days, wellness events, happy hours, family fun events, and more!
