Role Description This role involves being the first embedded Data Analyst at Ashby, working closely with the Revenue Operations (RevOps) organization to support the Go-to-Market (GTM) function. • Be a full member of the Data Team while prioritizing tasks from RevOps. • Work on end-to-end data analysis from raw data to final insights and BI deliverables. • Serve as the analytical counterpart to RevOps leadership. • Help scope business questions, build robust data assets, and design metrics and dashboards. • Contribute to revenue funnel diagnostics, sales efficiency analyses, marketing cohort performance, and operational metrics. • Help mature the analytical operating system for GTM at Ashby. Qualifications • Expertise in SQL-based data analysis. • Strong analytical and statistical thinking. • Expertise with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Very detail-oriented with the ability to identify data discrepancies. • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and visualization. Requirements • Interest in working directly with business partners to identify and plan analysis efforts. • Proficiency in building internal data products based on analysis results. • Ability to collaborate with various teammates across the company.
