Client Services Representative (Remote & Overnight)
Dan Newlin Injury Attorneys is seeking its next Allstar Client Services Representative to join our award-winning team! This position is fully remote and part of our overnight shift (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM). We are looking for a motivated professional with powerful interpersonal skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a self-starter mindset. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask efficiently, and takes pride in representing one of Florida’s top injury law firms. Primary Responsibilities • Answer inbound calls within our call center, assisting both clients and non-clients with professionalism and empathy. • Engage with callers regarding potential new cases and provide accurate information. • Enter data for new clients by creating case files and populating required fields in our internal database. • Schedule appointments for new clients to meet with a field investigator or sign up digitally. • Forward calls to appropriate firm personnel when necessary. • Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail on all calls and data entry tasks. Qualifications • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred. • Strong communication and active listening skills. • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems simultaneously. • Must be dependable and punctual for the overnight shift (10 PM – 7 AM).
