Role Description This position will provide patient scheduling support via phone, email, text, and fax with referral source interaction on the phone. • Manage patient scheduling through various communication channels including phone, online chat, email, text, and fax. • Serve as the primary liaison between patients, providers, and referral sources. • Communicate clearly and professionally with patients to confirm appointments and gather necessary information. • Collaborate with internal teams and Regional Office Coordinators to support scheduling needs. • Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems to manage appointment data. • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare office setting. • Proven experience in patient scheduling. • Strong understanding of insurance benefits, including deductibles and co-payments. • Familiarity with EMR systems and other scheduling software. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Requirements • Experience in a Medical Office required - PT Office is a plus! • Remote Role: Riverside County - Must be a Resident of California.
