Role Description As a BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing Revit and BIM (Building Information Modeling) support services for the Design Services team. Services could include, but are not limited to: • Project setup • Revit/BIM user support • Revit/BIM standards development and enforcement • Project Revit standards reviews • 3D coordination and clash reviews • Revit reviews for quality assurance • Documenting standards in the form of either a written how-to guide or video In this fast-paced role, you will have the opportunity to support our Engineers and System Designers and learn all aspects of Physical Security design. Qualifications • 3+ years of Revit experience in a professional environment required • 3+ years in system design or security technology experience preferred • Associate degree, Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit for Electrical Design, or relevant work experience • Familiarity with Revit template creation, family management, and shared parameters is preferred • Knowledge of physical security/ICT/electrical systems (access control, intrusion detection, surveillance) is preferred • Excellent technical computer skills, including Revit, BIM360, Bluebeam, Dynamo, Navisworks, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and work quality • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Tech-savvy professional, who is curious about new technologies • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and balance workloads Requirements • The ability to work Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4 pm or 8 am - 5 pm with extended hours as needed • Must have a quiet, designated workspace free from distractions and access to high-speed internet (minimum 200Mbps d/l, 10 Mbps u/l) • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship • Candidates must be able to meet client and/or government security screening requirements for the role • This position requires verification of U.S. citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions • The successful completion of a background check is required upon hire and every two years thereafter Benefits • Competitive salary based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications • Remote-first company with a distributed team • Excellent benefits package including 100% paid premiums on health, dental, vision, and life insurance • 401k retirement plan • Significant work schedule and workplace flexibility • Diverse and supportive culture Apply tot his job
