Our mission is to relentlessly pursue better outcomes for all, and we're committed to building a workplace culture that values diversity, inclusivity, and employee growth. **Job Summary** As a Health & Benefits Customer Service Representative / Call Center Agent (Remote), you will be responsible for partnering closely with accountholders calling our contact center to provide valuable support, education, and direction on products like Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Healthcare Savings Accounts (HSA), COBRA, and others. You will be accountable for helping accountholders understand how their healthcare reimbursement accounts work, ensuring all work is compliant with internal quality assurance standards and technical policies and programs, and providing the highest level of service to each caller. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide friendly and helpful service to accountholders, making sure they feel supported and empowered to navigate their healthcare reimbursement accounts * Explain how benefits and policies work, so accountholders know how to get the most out of their individual plans * Ensure all work is compliant with internal quality assurance standards and technical policies and programs * Consult with accountholders to support easy navigation of available online tools and apps, such as checking account balances and submitting claims * Resolve issues without management intervention to remove barriers for the member * Protect sensitive member information with discretion and adhere to all compliance rules and regulations * Prioritize effectively to meet member service goals and deadlines * Perform other duties as assigned **Requirements** * 2+ years of experience in customer service * 2+ years of call center experience * No degree required * Computer knowledge and skills, comfortable learning new systems * Able to learn and retain information while using a digital workflow to navigate the interaction and tools * Basic understanding of medical/reimbursement terminology preferred * Can work in a fast-paced environment, taking up to 50 calls per day * Ability to de-escalate and handle member issues without utilizing a supervisor * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Problem-solving skills * Attention to detail and accuracy * Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer * Occasionally lift items up to 25 pounds * Ability to work overtime **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with healthcare reimbursement accounts and related products * Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance concepts * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Certification in customer service or a related field **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $18.50 (non-negotiable) * Industry-leading benefits, including healthcare, 401K savings plan, company holidays, paid time off, parental leave, and an employee assistance program * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company that values diversity, inclusivity, and employee growth * Collaborative and fun work environment that champions career development * Flexible scheduling, including remote work options * Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge **Training and Development** * Comprehensive training program to ensure you have the knowledge and skills needed to excel in this role * Ongoing coaching and feedback to support your growth and development * Opportunities to participate in cross-functional teams and projects to broaden your skills and experience **Work Environment** * Remote work option available * Quiet, distraction-free work environment required * High-speed internet connection with upload speed >20 Mbps and download speed >100 Mbps * Ability to hardwire ethernet cable to internet modem/router **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate of $18.50 (non-negotiable) * Industry-leading benefits, including healthcare, 401K savings plan, company holidays, paid time off, parental leave, and an employee assistance program * Opportunity to earn incentive and bonus opportunities based on performance **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a meaningful impact in people's lives, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
