Head of DTC Growth (CRO + Marketing + Revenue Leader)
Full Time | Remote | U.S. Hours | High Agency & Upside About the Role: Levers is hiring a Head of Growth to own and scale our revenue engine. This is a senior leadership role for an experienced DTC growth builder ready to operate at the frontier of consumer health, who is equally strong in both strategy and hands-on execution. You’ll own end-to-end growth across marketing and advertising, conversion, customer lifecycle, partnerships, and the launch of new products such as prescription peptides, comprehensive bloodwork, and hormone therapies. What You’ll Do • Own end-to-end growth from first click through long-term retention, expansion, and lifetime value • Lead conversion rate optimization across the website, landing pages, quiz funnels, checkout, subscriptions, and offers. • Deeply understand our customer personas and how to support them, elevate them, retain them, and turn them into our biggest fans. • Scale DTC channels including Meta, Google, and other platforms with a performance-first (and slightly autistic) mindset; manage in-house media buyer and designers. • Own email and SMS strategy in close partnership with the sales and operations team. • Design and execute testing roadmaps across creative, offers, messaging, funnels, and go-to-market strategy • Build and scale partnership and affiliate programs as durable growth channels • Support the compliant launch scaling of new peptide and hormone product offerings, working closely with clinical, legal, and operations teams • Navigate regulatory and compliance constraints intelligently while pushing growth and protecting long-term trust and platform viability • Establish clear dashboards and discipline around CAC, LTV, payback period, cohorts, and profitability. • Partner with creative, media buying, web, clinical, and ops teams to remove growth bottlenecks • Hire, lead, and scale a world-class growth organization over time. Traits for a Great Fit (Requirements) • Proven experience scaling U.S. DTC brands with direct revenue ownership; excellent prioritization and self-management • Deep expertise in CRO, paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and funnel optimization, including quiz funnels • Strong copywriting and brand messaging instincts • Excellent taste and judgment. You know what great looks like and do not ship mediocre work. Familiarity with leading US consumer health brands. • The default use of AI tools and workflows is non-negotiable for this role. What Success Looks Like • 30 days: Clear growth thesis, deep funnel and customer understanding, strong testing velocity, and growth roadmap in place. • 90 days: Material improvements in CAC, CVR, and LTV while scaling ad spend 2x+; successful compliant launch and scaling of new prescription peptide products; implement new subscription app and retention tools. • 12 months: A scalable, durable, multi-channel growth engine and repeatable product-launch playbook that compounds revenue predictably; an in-house team directly reporting and executing.
