[Remote] Junior Legal Recruiter

Legal.io is redefining how legal teams connect with talent, and they are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Recruiting Sourcing Specialist to help build and manage their legal talent pipeline. This role focuses on sourcing and engaging attorneys, paralegals, and legal operations professionals, while ensuring that their community of legal talent stays active and informed. Responsibilities Conduct candidate screenings for the Legal.io community (including network interviews without an immediate job opening) Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, alumni, and internal dashboards, with a strong focus on commercial, contract manager, product, privacy, and legal operations talent Maintain and refresh legal talent lists to keep candidate pools current and engaged Suggest and prepare candidate submissions for open roles using Candidately and recruiting dashboards Re-engage promising former candidates and referrals, sending invites and follow-ups as needed Support alumni and referral candidate engagement, including extension and roll-off notifications Collaborate with senior recruiters to provide a healthy pipeline of candidates for active searches Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with technology platforms Interest in legal technology and community-based recruiting Strong interest in leveraging technology to make processes more efficient Strong interest in growth stage companies Interest and/or experience in the legal industry strongly preferred 1–3 years of experience in legal recruiting, legal operations, contract management, legal administration, or paralegal work, preferred Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, or Salesforce is a plus Benefits Health Dental Vision 401k Company Overview Legal.io is the enterprise marketplace for legal talent and tools.
