Key Responsibilities • Greet and Assist Guests: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for guests, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns with a smile and positive attitude. • Provide Information and Directions: Offer accurate and up-to-date information on park attractions, dining options, and entertainment events, ensuring guests make the most of their visit. • Handle Special Requests: Assist guests with special requests, such as disabilities or dietary restrictions, to ensure they have an enjoyable and memorable experience. • Resolve Guest Complaints: Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner, turning a negative experience into a positive one. • Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Area: Ensure your workspace is tidy and organized, reflecting the high standards of Disney's customer service. • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with your team to ensure a seamless guest experience, sharing knowledge and expertise to deliver exceptional service. • Stay Up-to-Date on Park Policies and Procedures: Remain informed about park policies, procedures, and offerings to provide accurate information to guests. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management, both verbally and in writing. • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a theme park or hospitality environment. • Flexibility and Adaptability: The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and adapt to changing situations and priorities. • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues in a professional manner. • Teamwork and Collaboration: The ability to work effectively in a team environment, sharing knowledge and expertise to deliver exceptional service. Preferred Qualifications • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a degree in hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred. • Experience in a Fast-Paced Environment: Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as a theme park, retail, or hospitality setting. • Certification in Customer Service: Certification in customer service, such as Disney's Customer Service Certification, is an asset.
