Key Job Details • Location: Remote with on-site requirements in Celebration, FL • Position: Cruise Vacation Agent, Disney Cruise Line - Full-Time • Compensation: A competitive salary of $17.85/hour • Start Date: Immediate openings available • Company: Workwarp Job Summary As a Cruise Vacation Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for Disney Cruise Line guests, providing comprehensive information about cruises, handling reservations, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic call center environment, utilizing your sales techniques and guest service skills to create lifelong memories for our guests. Key Responsibilities • Sell and confirm cruise reservations by providing detailed information about Disney Cruises, including itineraries, onboard activities, and special offers • Engage with guests to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their vacation experience • Assist guests with creating and modifying reservations, handling their accounts, and resolving any issues that may arise • Develop strong relationships with guests and Cast Members across various lines of business to provide seamless service and resolve challenges efficiently • Meet and exceed departmental metric expectations, maintaining efficiency goals and delivering high-quality service • Complete all required company trainings and compliance courses to stay up-to-date on Disney Cruise Line offerings and industry regulations • Demonstrate flexibility with your work schedule, including working additional hours, weekends, and holidays as needed Essential Qualifications • Sales and service experience in a guest-centric environment, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment and ability to quickly adapt to new software and systems Preferred Qualifications • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish highly desirable • Prior experience in the Disney, travel, or cruise industry, or a related field • Proven sales and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and meet sales targets • Previous experience working in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices What We Offer As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary, comprehensive training, and opportunities for career growth and development.
