GRC Analyst
Mizuho Financial Group, Inc. is a leading global financial services provider, and they are seeking a GRC Analyst to join their team. The role involves conducting risk assessments, collaborating with infrastructure teams to identify vulnerabilities, and developing reports and documentation to support audit processes. Responsibilities Communicate with auditors to answer questions and provide clarification Review audit findings and provide feedback to management Participate in meetings with auditors and management to discuss audit results Assist with the preparation of documentation with Infrastructure teams to reduce audit issues Assist to conduct IT/cybersecurity risk assessments and documenting potential gaps Collaborate with Infrastructure teams to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of existing IT controls and make recommendations for improvements Work with Infrastructure teams to develop and implement risk mitigation controls Develop reports and dashboards in ServiceNow and Archer Develop and maintain some IT procedures and runbooks owned by Infrastructure Services Group if requested by management Skills Bachelor's Degree Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT Risk or IT Audit Excellent writing skills in English Basic Excel skills Certificate Holder of CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) or CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control) is preferable, but not required Previous financial services experience is highly preferable Past experiences to perform/manage operations in any component of IT infrastructures (PC, server, network, storages, etc.) or develop applications is preferable, but not required Benefits Generous employee benefits package Discretionary bonus Company Overview This is not your typical financial institution.
