Governance and Nominations Support Analyst
IFAC is the International Federation of Accountants, which focuses on maximizing member value and experience. The Governance and Nominations Support Analyst will support IFAC’s governance processes, particularly in nominations and appointments, while collaborating with the Governance team and maintaining accurate documentation and workflows. Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of governance and nominations cycles, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination Assist in the coordination and logistics of Nominating Committee activities, including the annual call for nominations, review of candidate materials, and scheduling of meetings Help manage the logistics for virtual and in-person Nominating Committee Board and Board subcommittee meetings, including preparing agendas, managing attendance, and compiling minutes Assist in coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews and virtual meetings for the nominations process Assist in collecting and consolidating feedback to support decision-making Maintain accurate records of nominations and applications in IFAC’s systems Monitor application status and ensure timely updates to stakeholders Generate reports and dashboards to track progress and identify trends Assist in preparing, requesting, collecting, reviewing, formatting, and posting materials for IFAC’s Board portal and/or IFAC website, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness for governance committees and meetings Support compliance with IFAC’s governance policies and procedures Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deadlines and requirements are met Respond to inquiries related to nominations and governance processes Contribute to process improvements and documentation updates Skills Bachelor's degree in public or business administration, international relations, or related field required Fluency in English Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, including those imposed externally Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Commitment to quality processes and high-quality deliverables 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships or entry-level roles in governance, data management, or administrative support) Proficiency in additional languages Experience collaborating with international stakeholders Experience with survey tools and CRM systems Benefits Group healthcare plans that offer medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance 401 (k) plan Deferred compensation plan Company Overview As the global organization for the accountancy profession, IFAC is dedicated to serving the public interest by strengthening the profession and contributing to the development of strong international economies.
