Global HR Project Manager

About the position The Global HR Project Manager will be responsible for coordination and implementation of planning and budgeting with the team, tracking progress and execution of all related projects and activity, and working with track leads to guide projects to completion. This includes responsibility for planning, analyzing, and managing HR projects. This position will work closely with the Global HR leadership team and other functional areas within and outside of Global Human Resources to ensure the execution of all tasks, including organizing, reporting, managing, and communicating with resources that deliver the work required for successful completion of Global Human Resources key initiatives. The successful candidate will be instrumental in helping to improve standards, processes, and tools for effective project delivery and managing relationships between stakeholders within HR and the business. Responsibilities • Plan and clarify program scope, define critical milestones, develop and maintain detailed project plans, and leverage project management best practices to support the achievement of project goals and objectives. • Organize and define project tasks and resource requirements; assemble and coordinate project team members; track project deliverables using Driscoll's program management tools; monitor project budget and resource allocation. • Lead and coordinate program activities cross-functionally with clear communication of project deliverables; develop thought leadership in support of development of critical project deliverables; build, develop and navigate business relationships critical to the success of the program; positively influence others to achieve results. • Identify and deliver HR data analytics, status reports, and project insights. • Partner with internal teams to kick off new projects and define the scope. • Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure all requirements and deliverable dates are clearly communicated, understood, and executed. • Ensure projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. • Establish project success metrics, report results, and lead post-project team meetings for continuous improvement. • Provide input into prioritization, project management, budgeting, planning, resourcing, and change management activities for innovative solutions to build employee effectiveness and engagement. • Maintain and update project management-related documentation and status reports. • Represent the Global HR Project Management Office. • Support the Global HR planning process. • All other duties as assigned. Requirements • Advanced project planning and project management, and process design abilities. • 10+ years' experience in project management, designing and building project plans. • Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience. • Expert/advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills; proficiency with MS Office. • Ability to work independently, anticipates needs, exercise judgment, and productively execute amid ambiguity. • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and analyses. • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are essential for leading, advising, presenting, and corresponding at all levels of the organization; ability to work and present at Senior Executive levels. • Ability to safeguard confidential data and work objectively with HR and employee insights. • Demonstrated capabilities towards operational & process excellence. • Ability to make recommendations to resolve problems and address HR & business needs. • Advanced analytical, problem solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines. • Excellent communication, project management, cross-functional team collaboration, and vendor management skills. • Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License, passport, and some international travel required. • PMP certification.
