Job Overview We're seeking a friendly, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all interactions are handled with care, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset. Assist customers with product information, order status, and account management, providing accurate and up-to-date information to resolve queries and concerns. Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience, empathy, and a proactive approach, turning potential negative experiences into positive outcomes. Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information, make recommendations, and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met, and that our customers receive a cohesive and seamless experience across all touchpoints. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records, using our customer service software to track interactions, update customer information, and identify trends and areas for improvement. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus, and will be considered an asset in your application. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required; however, a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a willingness to learn and grow with our team is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Proficiency in using computers and customer service software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered an asset: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction. Knowledge of our products and services, or a willingness to learn and become an expert in our offerings. Experience with customer service software and technology, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools. A certification in customer service, such as the Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) designation.
