Key Responsibilities: Flexibility and Adaptability Report to an assigned building on a daily basis to fill short-term absences as needed, ensuring continuity of instruction and support for students. Essential Qualifications: Licensure and Education To be eligible for this role, you must: Hold or be able to attain a Short Term Substitute Licensure or equivalent, as per Wisconsin DPI regulations. Possess an associate's degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university. If you have not completed a state-approved educator preparation program, you are still encouraged to apply. Comply with Wisconsin DPI's electronic fingerprint procedure, if applicable. Preferred Qualifications: Experience and Skills While not required, the following qualifications are highly valued: Previous experience as a substitute teacher or in a related educational role.
