Full-Time Remote Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Online – Career Growth Role)

The Role This is a full-time, remote position with some on-site client meetings and occasional meetings at our office. You’ll manage multiple clients, handle month-end close, and communicate directly with clients. What You’ll Do • Manage bookkeeping for multiple clients • Code transactions and reconcile accounts in QuickBooks Online • Perform month-end close and prepare financial statements • Identify and resolve discrepancies • Communicate clearly with clients and the internal team • Meet deadlines consistently What We’re Looking For • Must live locally to the Dayton, Ohio area • 1–5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (current interface a plus) • Solid understanding of accounting principles & GAAP • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines • Reliable, organized, and self-motivated • Clear communicator (written and verbal) • Attention to detail • Nonprofit experience a plus (not required) • Positive, fun personality—we like to keep work enjoyable Schedule & Pay • Full-time, Monday–Friday • Flexible schedule within business hours • Remote work with occasional in-person meetings • Pay range: $21-25/hour, based on experience • 90-day performance review with raise potential • 401 (k) with 3% company match • Paid holidays • Paid vacation (1 week) after 1st year of employment • Monthly phone stipend • Laptop, 2nd monitor, and all software provided Why You’ll Like Working Here • Clear expectations and systems • Growth and promotion opportunities • Supportive, no-drama work environment • Work-life balance with flexibility Apply tot his job
