Fractional Operations Director / Chief of Staff Needed
Description: I am a founder running multiple complex initiatives. My constraint is execution drag, not ideas. I’m looking for a senior Operations Director / Chief of Staff to impose structure, enforce delivery, and materially reduce my day-to-day operational load. This is a director-level execution role, not a VA or junior PM position.
