Fractional CFO / Vendor Negotiator Needed Immediately (10 hrs/week to start) Women’s Hormone Health + Telemedicine | Fast-Growing | High-Stakes Turnaround We just took over a women’s hormone health company through foreclosure, and we’re rebuilding the right way — clean, compliant, and fast. We’re an exciting, rapidly growing organization looking for a seasoned CFO-level operator who can take the lead on vendor negotiations and help us turn this company into a scalable success story. Right now we’re at a crossroads: We can foreclose on all legacy debt and walk away, or we can offer current vendors a clean restart by settling old balances at 10–20 cents on the dollar and continuing under new ownership. Your job is to help them see the choice clearly — and negotiate outcomes that protect our business, restore continuity, and set the foundation for growth. What You’ll Be Doing (Immediately): Lead negotiations with pharmacy partners and core operational vendors Communicate expectations clearly, firmly, and empathetically Use calibrated questions and tactical empathy to reach favorable agreements Transition vendor relationships under new ownership Maintain operational continuity without inheriting past liabilities Work closely with the founder to stabilize and scale the business About You: CFO, VP Finance, or senior-level financial operator Comfortable communicating with vendors in high-leverage situations Skilled in negotiation (Chris Voss style is a plus) Calm under pressure, decisive, and highly accountable Able to start ASAP Available ~10 hours/week to start, with room to grow Why This Role Matters: You’ll be stepping into a critical moment in an organization with serious growth ahead.
