Key Responsibilities Prospecting and Lead Generation Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling to build a robust pipeline of potential clients. Develop and implement effective prospecting strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our offerings remain competitive and aligned with market demands. Client Relationship Management Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their expectations. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings and address client concerns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any issues promptly. Sales Negotiation and Closing Present proposals and negotiate terms to close deals efficiently and effectively. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic sales planning and execution. Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, proposals, and deals to ensure transparency and accountability. Collaboration Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with overall company goals and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach to sales and service delivery. Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and best practices. Qualifications and Requirements Essential Qualifications Proven sales experience: A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Strong negotiation and closing abilities: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals efficiently and effectively. Self-motivated and independent: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines. Familiarity with advertisement services: Basic knowledge of advertisement services and a passion for staying updated on industry trends. Clear sales record: A clean and transparent sales record, with no outstanding issues or concerns. Preferred Qualifications Own visa: Preference will be given to candidates who hold their own visa. Industry knowledge: Familiarity with the sales industry and knowledge of local market trends. Professional certifications: Any relevant professional certifications or training programs that demonstrate expertise in sales or related fields.
