We are now seeking a strategic and results-driven Facebook & Instagram Ads expert to help us scale our customer acquisition profitably. The Role: We are looking for a freelance Facebook Ads Specialist based in Southeast Asia to own, manage, and scale our Meta advertising campaigns. Your primary mission will be to drive profitable growth in the Australian market by building and optimising campaigns that comply with platform policies while maximising return on ad spend (ROAS). This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who loves data, creative testing, and navigating complex niches. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and fully manage our Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising strategy for the Australian market. Navigate platform compliance: Build effective campaigns within Meta's advertising policies for the "sexual wellness" or "adult products" category, ensuring ad account health. Audience strategy: Create detailed targeting and audience segmentation (including interest-based, lookalike, and custom audiences) to reach our ideal customers in Australia. Creative direction: Plan and manage the testing of ad creatives (imagery, video, copy) that resonate with our audience while adhering to guidelines. Budget management: Oversee the monthly ad budget, allocate spend across campaigns for maximum efficiency, and provide transparent reporting. Analytics & optimisation: Conduct daily/weekly monitoring, A/B testing, and data-driven optimisations to improve CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign performance. Provide clear, actionable reports and insights on KPIs and business impact. What We're Looking For (Requirements): Proven Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns, with a portfolio or case studies showing direct responsibility for scaling e-commerce brands. Niche Expertise (Critical): Demonstrable experience successfully advertising restricted or sensitive product categories (e.g., sexual wellness, CBD, pharmaceuticals, alcohol, finance). Experience with the Australian market is a major plus. Technical Skills: Expert-level knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Pixel implementation, and conversion tracking. Proficiency with Google Analytics is required. Strategic Mindset: Ability to think beyond basic setup and develop a full-funnel strategy (awareness, consideration, conversion, retargeting). Communication: Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be available for regular video calls during some overlapping hours with Australian business time (AEST/AEDT). Location: Must be based in Southeast Asia. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with other platforms like Google Ads, Pinterest, or TikTok. Basic skills in creative tools (Canva, CapCut) for quick ad adjustments.
