Key Responsibilities Preparation: Attend coaches' meetings at the beginning of the season, review our online curriculum, and maintain equipment in proper condition. Coaching: Ensure the safety and well-being of every child, conduct fun and positive 30- to 45-minute sessions following our weekly curriculum, and follow proper on-site protocol for each location. Communication/Administration: Communicate timely with supervisors about any changes or challenges, complete online attendance sheets, and submit timesheets per payroll policy. Essential Qualifications To be successful as a Youth Soccer Coach at Soccer Shots, you must: Be safety-conscious, with the safety of children under your care as your top priority. Be caring and engaging, interacting with each child through specific and positive affirmation. Be organized, planning ahead and conducting each session according to our provided curriculum.
