Job Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Workforce Demand Planner with a strong background in sales and operations planning, data analysis, and workforce management. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective workforce capacity planning models. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering proactive analysis of financial forecasts, creating operational forecasts, and providing recommendations for staffing group effectiveness.
