Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers by answering their questions and concerns regarding our products and tax return software. Your primary focus will be on addressing queries related to downloading, logging in, getting started with basic navigation, importing documents, printing, and filing, as well as providing basic tax information.
