Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Advisor at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Handling customer inquiries via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the internet Assisting customers using a call flow guide to answer questions and resolve issues Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases Investing in our customers' success by offering additional products and/or services As a Sales Advisor at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Closing sales, working on prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and using B2B or B2C skills Using product knowledge to build client relationships and find new ways to retain customers Being detail-oriented when it comes to sales of products and services Upselling and spontaneously offering additional products and services As a Technical Support Advisor at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products Providing basic customer service support Being an amazing problem-solver Maintaining broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables Who We Are Looking For To be successful in this role, you should have: A high school diploma or GED A minimum of six months of customer service experience or hard sales experience for sales positions A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your residence Talent for delivering outstanding service Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge High-speed internet and a smartphone We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional experiences, building strong relationships, and making a positive impact on people's lives.
