Job Summary blithequark is seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Caremark Member Operations division. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from home, assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, and delivering heart-driven service to our millions of plan members. Key Responsibilities Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions Take inbound calls and provide solutions to help simplify our members' healthcare experience Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific client groups Receive comprehensive training to upskill you to assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise Offer solutions and support to our members, demonstrating a genuine concern for improving their quality of life Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional customer service and support our members' healthcare needs Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications A High School Diploma or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: An Associate's degree or equivalent experience Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills At least 6 months of healthcare experience Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Career Growth Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to helping our colleagues grow and develop in their careers.
