Your primary responsibilities will vary depending on the specific role you're assigned to: Customer Service Advisor: Handle customer inquiries via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the internet, utilizing a call flow guide to answer questions and resolve issues. You will also track, document, and retrieve information in databases, while investing in our customers' success by offering additional products and/or services. Sales Advisor: Close sales, work on prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and utilize B2B or B2C skills to drive business growth. You will leverage product knowledge to build client relationships, identify new opportunities, and retain customers, all while being detail-oriented and proactive in upselling and offering additional products and services. Technical Support Advisor: Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, providing basic customer service support and showcasing your problem-solving skills. You will maintain a broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, with familiarity in iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology being preferred.
