About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and results-driven individual to join our growing team as a Data Entry and Sales Professional. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth Create compelling sales presentations that showcase arenaflex's unique value proposition Independently manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and strategic partnerships Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns that drive results Analyze data to identify trends and inform business strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize the ROI of sponsored events and activations Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure long-term partnerships Manage multiple project timelines and resources to deliver successful campaigns Utilize independent judgment to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media, influencer marketing, and digital advertising Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and Slack Experience in social media, digital advertising, or influencer marketing is an asset Preferred Qualifications: Past experience working for a talent agency, social media company, or similar talent management experience Entertainment or startup experience is an asset Knowledge of automated media buying is a plus Experience working with influencer marketing programs is an asset Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
