Active MD or DO license, with board certification in one or more relevant medical specialties, such as Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Family Medicine, General Practice, Obstetrics, Gynecology, Dermatology, or Cardiology. Licensure in 10+ states, with at least one of the following states: Texas, Florida, California, Illinois, and/or New York, or board certification in 20+ states.
