Join Our Team as a Virtual Therapist We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Virtual Therapist to join our growing team of mental health clinicians. As a full-time remote Mental Health Therapist, you'll play a vital role in raising the standard of healthcare for everyone, everywhere. Our Virtual Therapists are passionate about caring for patients holistically and ensuring their needs are met with industry-leading interventions. Key Responsibilities Conduct individual virtual therapy sessions through our state-of-the-art Telehealth platform, assessing patients via video-based encounters. Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations, compile patient medical data, and develop evidence-based treatment plans. Deliver virtual remote counseling and psychotherapy, providing therapeutic support to patients and evaluating the results of mental health assessments. Maintain accurate and sensitive patient records, including examination results, medical history, and reports. Stay up-to-date with continuing education and knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial interventions, ensuring the highest quality care for our patients. Essential Qualifications We're looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a strong background in mental health therapy. The ideal candidate will possess: LCSW Requirements: Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program. 3+ years of unsupervised/post-licensure psychotherapy treatment experience. Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of current residence, with licensure in multiple states highly valued. LMFT Requirements: Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from a COAMFTE-accredited program. 6+ years of unsupervised, post-licensure experience. Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of current residence, with licensure in multiple states highly valued. LPC/LMHC Requirements: Master's degree in Counseling from a CACREP-accredited program. 5+ years of unsupervised, post-licensure experience. Active and unrestricted LPC/LMHC license in the state of current residence, with licensure in multiple states highly valued. For all positions, the ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision and strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are essential. Preferred Skills and Competencies Ability to treat patients across various age groups. Knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial interventions and commitment to ongoing education. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary of $66,000+, with the opportunity to earn up to $86,966 annually through visit target compensation.
