Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role or within the travel industry. You'll have a deep understanding of customer service principles, travel industry operations, and the skills to navigate complex travel arrangements. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, suppliers, and internal teams effectively. Proficiency in Travel Booking Platforms and CRM Systems: Experience with travel booking platforms, such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo, and CRM systems, like Salesforce or HubSpot.
