Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support via phone, video, and live chat, resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner. Utilize your technical skills to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Virtual Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll need: A minimum of 6 months of customer service and/or administrative experience, preferably in a call center or phone support environment. A well-equipped home office with a reliable computer, internet connection, and headset. Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. A high level of professionalism and a customer-centric approach, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service. Flexibility to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with the ability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary. Willingness to undergo a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments. Technical Requirements To ensure seamless performance, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements: CPU: i5 (or equivalent) or i7 recommended. Internet Download Speed: 5Mbs minimum. Internet Upload Speed: 3Mbs minimum. Network Latency: Max 250 MS latency. OS: Win 8.1 (64bit) or Win 10 (64bit). RAM: 4GB minimum, 8GB recommended. A home office setup with an ethernet cord connected to your computer.
