Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Virtual Customer Support Associate to join our team in Maharashtra. As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to their requests via phone, chat, and/or email. Your primary objective will be to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. You will utilize various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, communicating effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met.
