Come up with exciting video concepts that make brands look amazing on social media. Make sure projects are done on time, on budget, and without stress. Work closely with our sales team to help win deals. You’ll be part of the pitch! Be the friendly face clients trust. They should love working with you. Lead with heart and hustle. And maybe a few memes. What You Should Be Good At: You understand how social media actually works. You’re great at turning brand briefs into viral ideas. You know how to manage creative people and deadlines at the same time. You’re amazing with clients. You listen, you care, and they come back for more. You have strong opinions on good content - and better ones on bad content.
