About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Virtual Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a member of the Customer Experience team, you will help people every day by taking calls, actively listening to understand customers' needs, and answering their questions. Our call center associates are members of a supportive team, and your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our members. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls throughout scheduled shift, assisting customers with healthcare claims and enrollment Develop a warm and friendly approach, building a good rapport with callers and providing consistent, high-quality customer support De-escalate and manage difficult calls, remaining professional and level-headed in all interactions Utilize excellent listening skills, research, and attention to detail to resolve customer inquiries and concerns Navigate multiple applications and tasks, quickly transitioning from one to another with ease Maintain a private, dedicated, distraction-free, and quiet workspace, adhering to HIPAA requirements Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: 1+ year of call center experience A high school diploma or GED Minimum 25 WPM typing speed and keyboard shortcut knowledge Proficient with dual monitors and strong navigation skills Excellent communication skills and a warm, friendly approach Ability to reside in the US and successfully complete the mandatory paid 4-week training with 100% attendance Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Prior experience in a healthcare or customer service environment Strong technical skills and ability to quickly learn new systems and applications Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong active listening and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong technical skills and ability to quickly learn new systems and applications Ability to work independently and as part of a team Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
