About the Role The Virtual Customer Care Representative is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for managing and overseeing homes under warranty in assigned communities. This role requires a unique blend of customer service, project management, and community development skills. As a Virtual Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will promote, facilitate, and foster positive working relationships with customers and trade partners, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the warranty process. Key Responsibilities Promote, facilitate, and foster positive working relationships with blithequark customers and trade partners Exercise sound judgment and discretion when working with homeowners and trade partners Manage daily trade partner activities in accordance with job schedules and business partner scopes of work as they relate to customer relations Approve trade partner invoices upon satisfactory completion of the job, not to exceed $1,250 Proactively remedy any trade partner scheduling, communication, or payment-related issues Understand manufacturer recommendations for use and application of their products Supervise and/or conduct pre-closing meetings, demonstrations, celebrations, and 30-day post-close visits Review and certify the completion of each home within their community Manage, supervise, and direct all aspects of customer relations for an assigned community Conduct field meetings with trade partners, construction staff, and sales staff as needed Develop expertise in the community and surrounding area, including knowledge of HOA fees and rules, schools, restaurants, shopping, and more Supervise, review, and resolve the condition of their community, including entry features, road and pond maintenance, common areas, model centers, and signage Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that align with our company's values and mission. The essential requirements include: High School Diploma or equivalent required, or equivalent work experience Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in directing, coordinating, and supervising work, particularly in a customer-facing role with a homebuilder Valid Driver's License with a good driving record Valid auto insurance coverage Advanced knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and document management Ability to read and interpret blueprints Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office products (Word and Excel) Excellent follow-up, communication (written and verbal), and time management skills Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential requirements, we prefer candidates with: Experience in the homebuilding industry or a related field Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Project management skills and experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching environment for our associates.
